Bottom line up front, this company is absolutely phenomenal in every aspect! I have hired several contractors over the decades so we know great work when we see it. They identified multiple damaged areas to our roof when other companies overlooked it. They worked very closely with us, the adjuster and our insurance company to ensure we were appropriately compensated and the roof replaced in a professional timely manner. This team is very straightforward, honest, and genuinely care about customer satisfaction.
Friendly, knowledgable, helpful, timely and competitively priced— Homestead Builders was all this and then some!! I needed a new flat roof and 1/2 shingled roof (with lots of different slopes and roof lines) plus new gutters installed. Throughout the whole project Jack was a super communicative Project Manager. The team worked quickly, used tech (drones) to capture and assess progress throughout the day and were respectful of property (with netting and tarps around the house and yard).
