Reviews
“My roof and gutters turned out beautifully! Homestead completed the job in one day, including clean-up. They were very professional and delivered on every promise. They handled all the insurance aspects of the job, too, and made the process go smoothly. Best of all the house looks great! I would definitely recommend Homestead Builders!”
“Wow! We had our siding done by Homestead builders! Everything was top notch from beginning to end! The crew was fast , efficient , professional and finished on time! I am in love with how it looks. “Homestead was great to work with for replacing our roof after hail storms blew through. It was great having them help us navigate insurance and answering all my questions along the way. The crew doing the work did a fantastic job and worked really hard through a long day.”
Bottom line up front, this company is absolutely phenomenal in every aspect! I have hired several contractors over the decades so we know great work when we see it. They identified multiple damaged areas to our roof when other companies overlooked it. They worked very closely with us, the adjuster and our insurance company to ensure we were appropriately compensated and the roof replaced in a professional timely manner. This team is very straightforward, honest, and genuinely care about customer satisfaction.
Friendly, knowledgable, helpful, timely and competitively priced— Homestead Builders was all this and then some!! I needed a new flat roof and 1/2 shingled roof (with lots of different slopes and roof lines) plus new gutters installed. Throughout the whole project Jack was a super communicative Project Manager. The team worked quickly, used tech (drones) to capture and assess progress throughout the day and were respectful of property (with netting and tarps around the house and yard).
